Keyah Construction can provide an array of construction related services as a Design-Builder, a General Contractor or a Construction Manager. Our ability to take a project from concept to occupancy is based on KEYAH’s experience with the many facets of construction. Big and small, Keyah Construction can self-perform many of the construction activities in-house. We’re a one-stop-shop for all of your construction needs.
Design & Build
Our clients benefit from KEYAH’s turnkey Design-Build approach. Project goals and priorities are set early on with continual checks and balances to ensure project success. Through open communications, clients can see a successful project that is delivered on-time and on-budget, and of the highest quality.
General Contracting
We provide general contracting services for building and heavy highway construction. Buildings range from commercial to residential housing, including building renovations or improvements to existing structures. Our heavy/highway construction includes underground utilities, grading, earthmoving, road building and site development.
Construction Management
We bring knowledgeable people with various backgrounds to offer Construction Management services from concept to successful completion. Our main areas of focus are quality, cost, schedule and safety on every construction endeavor.
